Dear SAnds Family, I heard your songs in the early 80th and I loved them and their message. Now my children are as old as I was 25 years ago and since a short time they like the same music. I think we become older ... But this year in summer we all visit Ireland

Dear Sands Family,
I just stumbled across your page after listening to the Amiga record (!) "Singing of the Times". I saw you repeatedly at Berlin's Political Song Festival many moons ago. I now live in the U.S. where I saw Tommy with Moya a few times in recent years. Any chance you are ever going to perform on the East Coast? All the best!

A Chairde- Just stumbled across your website. Great to see it. I spent many a good night in Mark's. I love all your music, but I still think my very favourite is Peter's Song. Not only because of the memories of Peter himself, but also because it sums up what Irish music is and should be...something that many of the dilletantes today forget, or perhaps have no experience of. Slan go foill...Seoirse

Great concert in Armagh. First time I had heard any of your music but I have now bought some cd's to keep me going. Have you released a cd with all the songs of last night's performance on it? That would be a great cd to release. Great stories, songs and company. Many thanks for a great time.

What a fantastic concert in Armagh! Yet another thoroughly professional performance from the family. All the warmth of your personalities was conveyed so effectively through the humour and the thought-provoking songs. Such genuine talent is rare nowadays. Thank you for the pleasure you all give and may your success continue for many years.

just got my pc working after a while and found your web site. its been a long time since i saw and spoke to you. i spoke to Anne many years ago in Irvine at the marrymass festival, i was always drunk, i gave that up 13 years ago. i lost my wife to cancer in 2001 and a year later moved to kent where i remarried and got on with my life. i enjoy my music today and ive bought hundreds of cds and dvds of all types of Irish and Scottish folk music. your music is good today as it was in the 70s. and you dont look any different. would be good to see you in concert again, have you any plans to tour in this area of Folkestone. thanks for your time.
